There’s nothing to beat a great margarita. We’re fans of almost every variation on this classic cocktail, but we reckon you’ll get so keen on the kick of the jalapeño in this particular rendition that you’ll refuse to have your margarita any other way.
You will need:
45ml infused jalapeño tequila
15ml lemon juice
- Infuse jalapeños in tequila for a minimum of two days.
- Fill a glass with ice, add lemon juice, Cointreau and infused tequila to it.
- Shake and pour in a chilled margarita glass with salted rim.
- Garnish with jalapeño.
