You will need:
45ml Monkey 47 gin
90ml tonic water
5gm kaffir lime
5gm kaffir lime leaves
10gm lemongrass
All pretty and bubbly
Chin-chin!
Directions:
- Muddle fresh kaffir lime and kaffir lime leaves with lemongrass.
- Add 45ml of Monkey 47 gin, tonic water and ice to the mix, and serve in a gin goblet.
- Garnish with a lemongrass stick.
