PCO’s famous Elderflower Spritzer is springtime in your mouth. The perfect blend of bubbly and sweet, it leaves the most delicious and fragrant aftertaste in its wake. We asked Vicky for a quick recipe so we can enjoy it at home on a balmy summer night.
Ingredients
Elderflower cordial (20 ml)
Lime juice (15 ml)
Vodka (60 ml)
Soda – to top up
Mix it all together, shake well, and pour it into a champagne flute. Garnish with a wafer-thin oval of citrus peel (twist, for extra prettiness). Cheers!
